The Summer of Love and Humanity Festival, running from July 27 through August 13, at the Boston Center For The Arts, Plaza Theatres, Features an evening of live music from local bands and musicians followed by the world premier of Boston playwright Richard Ravosa’s Love In An Elevator, A play inspired by Plato’s Symposium.
Rounding out what just may be the most diverse cast on a Boston stage this summer, are a rabbi, a professor, a chef, an anarchist, a musician, a nurse, a patient, a lawyer, a construction worker, and his fiancée, are all trapped inside a hospital elevator for over and hour. To pass the time, they take turns musing on that elusive of subjects – love, and of course, someone has to pee!
